Our team reviews your application for eligibility. Selected applicants will be contacted to complete a secure identity and eligibility verification through our private onboarding portal.
Onboarding & Training
Accepted moderators complete our free structured onboarding programme. This covers moderation guidelines, platform tools, communication standards, and best practices for the role.
Start Working Remotely
Once training is complete, you'll be assigned to a moderation team. You'll work remotely on a flexible schedule, typically 2–3 hours per day, supporting your assigned brand or community.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for any moderation role through our agency.
A stable internet connection is essential for accessing moderation platforms and completing your daily work.
A modern smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Most moderation tools work on standard devices.
You should be able to dedicate approximately 2–3 hours each day to your assigned moderation tasks on a consistent basis.
Comfort with written English for communicating within moderation teams and following written guidelines.
Ability and willingness to carefully follow moderation rules, escalation procedures, and client-specific content policies.
